吴晨

《经济学人·商论》执行总编辑

吴晨先生目前担任《经济学人·商论》执行总编辑。此前他担任英国经济学人集团欧洲金融（亚太区）总编辑。2005年至2009年， 他担任经济学人集团旗下《财务总监》杂志主编。在记者生涯中，他曾在新华社国际部、彭博新闻社新加坡分社和《商业周刊》香港记者站工作。

吴先生的研究范围广泛，涵盖国内最新监管领域的变化，人民币国际化的趋势，企业管理创新最佳实践，以及中国新型城镇化过程中机会与挑战等。

吴先生自美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校国际关系与亚太研究学院获得亚太国际研究硕士学位，自美国俄亥俄大学新闻学院获得新闻学硕士学位，自北京外国语大学获得文学学士学位。

在吴先生的记者生涯中，其撰稿关注中国制造业转型的特稿获得2008年度亚洲出版商协会商业报道优胜奖。

Mr. Wu Chen is the ManagingDirector of The Economist Global Business Review,The Economist, based in Shanghai. Prior to that, hewas the Head of Editorial (Asia Pacific), EuroFinance, The Economist Group. Hehas been the Editor of CFO China, also an Economist Group publication from 2005to 2009. In his journalism career, he has worked for BusinessWeek in Hong Kong,Bloomberg News in Singapore, and the international news department of Xinhua(New China) News Agency in Beijing.

Mr.Wu has a wide range of research interests. Hefollows closely the latest development in regulatory changes in China, RMBinternationalization trends, best practices in innovation, and opportunitiesand challenges in China’s new urbanization, just to name a few.

Mr. Wu holds the Master of Pacific InternationalAffairs degree from School of International Relations and Pacific Studies(IR/PS), University of California, San Diego and the Master of Journalism fromE. W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. He earned his B.A. fromBeijing Foreign Studies University.

As an illustration of journalistic achievement, Mr.Wu’s story on the problems involved in the process of manufacturing sectortransformation in July 2008 won the Society of Asia Publishers ExcellenceAwards for Business Reporting (2009).
